Download
If you are already using a previous version of Menstral, please back up your data before upgrading (just to be safe). You can either save your data on another phone (e.g. by using Menstral's SMS-Transfer function), or write it down on paper.
The most recent version is 2.0.0, released on 2007-11-18 (see Menstral's release history). You can download it by following one of these links (choose your language):
How to install on your mobile phone
To install Menstral, navigate to http://menstral.net/ on your mobile phone, and then select the link to the language you prefer. The other way is to download the jar to your desktop computer (use the language links above), and afterwards to copy the jar to your mobile using either the infrared connection, bluetooth, or a data cable. In this case you don't neet the jad, the jar is enough.
