Accessing the internet from a phone is a new experience for lots of people and we know (better than most) that when it comes to installing internet enabled mobile applications, sometimes you can hit a little bump in the road.

We've spent a great deal of time making bluepulse really easy to install and most people find that they get onto bluepulse without any problems. But for those of you who do find one of these bumps, this help section is here to guide you through getting your phone set up correctly and bluepulse running smoothly - Don't worry though, it's nothing too scary =)

Verizon customers are blocked from installing any 3rd party applications or accessing an open internet connection - Unfortunately bluepulse is not available to these customers at this time. Having said this, you are more than welcome to try and install bluepulse on Verizon phones and we would love to hear from you if you have any success with it.
